RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any hyperbaric chamber purchased from US Hyperbarics within 14 days of purchase.
Return Process:
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@ushyperbarics.co. Please note that returns will need an authorized RMA form to provide a return address.
- Allow 24–72 hours for processing your claim.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including warranty-related returns.
Return Guidelines:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resellable condition. Refunds depend on inspection and may be denied if items are not returned or packed properly.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Certain products and services are non-returnable, as specified in their product descriptions.
- If the return is due to an error by US Hyperbarics or the manufacturer, we will cover shipping fees.
- After 14 days, approved returns of chambers will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Disclaimer: Ensure your building/home/office layout can accommodate the chamber, including entryways and corridors. US Hyperbarics is not responsible for maneuvering restrictions or related errors.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact customer service at info@ushyperbarics.com or call (435) 260-4484 with your order number for faster processing. Leave a detailed message if possible.
- Do not attempt to use, open, or handle broken items (e.g., broken glass).
- We will provide a replacement. In some cases, the item may not need to be returned.
- Products must be returned within 30 days. If damage was caused by the courier, we will arrange a damage pickup.
Note: Replacement items may require the original merchandise to be returned first, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders cannot be canceled once the order confirmation is received.
- Cancellation requests may take up to 72 hours to process.
- Products may ship faster than expected, so avoid purchasing alternatives until you receive final cancellation confirmation.
